Space Simulation uses high and low temperature and deep vacuum levels to amplify the reaction of any trapped gasses. These conditions reveal failure modes in aerospace components through offgassing, lack of convection cooling, and pressure differential across seals.
Our Space Simulators use components such as refrigeration cold traps, liquid nitrogen cold traps, and PLC-controlled pump staging to reach a deeper level of vacuum at a rate faster than most other chambers.
Our chambers also include temperature-controlled mounting plates to heat and cool your product through conduction. We have the experience and equipment to fixture your component for proper thermal transfer should you require it.
